A damming set of revelations coming out of the House Oversight Committee led by Republican James Comer (R-KY) has made it abundantly clear that the IRS tax investigation into Hunter Biden was weighted in his favor by political pressure, and that the letter signed by 51 former intelligence officials declaring the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian “disinformation” was instigated by the Biden campaign itself.
Last year, many media pundits made fun of the fact that the “red wave” never materialized as anticipated. However, with control of the House of Representatives, Republicans have been able to flip the script and show conclusively who is generating mountains of lies to cover their criminal behavior. This would never have been the case had they not won control.
Crucially, a new whistleblower is attempting to come forward to give testimony before Congress regarding the Hunter Biden tax investigation. He claims the investigation has been heavily influenced by political pressure, directly contradicting testimony given by Attorney General Merrick Garland under oath. Garland assured Congress that the investigation was above-board; if he lied, that was perjury.
Additionally, Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Mike Turner (R-OH) showed that Anthony Blinken, then a member of the Biden campaign prompted the generation of the 2020 letter signed by 51 former intelligence officials. Former CIA deputy director Mike Morell testified that the letter would not have been drafted had Blinken not made a call to him where he put the scheme into motion. Morell said that he organized the effort after the call from the Biden campaign because he wanted to help Biden win.
That letter peddled the lie that the laptop scandal was Russian disinformation, laundering the deception through the credibility of 51 former intelligence officials. The letter was the disinformation, and the laptop story was real, totally inverting the truth. They worked in collaboration with former and current FBI to convince social media companies to censor the story, tilting the election in Biden’s favor.
That’s in addition to recent revelations that the Biden family benefited financially from an influence-peddling operation that saw millions transferred into their accounts. If this was Donald Trump, there would be articles of impeachment by now.
