(BrightPress.org) – A Delta Airlines employee went viral in a short clip posted to social media by a transgender “woman” after she chastised the employee for failing to use the “proper pronouns.” After a tense back and forth, the airline employee threatened to have the rude individual removed from the terminal.
The video appears to have been taken at LaGuardia International Airport (LGA) in New York City, as the employee bears an LGA insignia on his uniform. The employee himself reported in the clip that the interaction was happening just three days before Christmas.
The transgender woman appears to be holding the camera while she berates the employee for using the ‘wrong pronouns,’ claiming the slip-up was an intentional slight.
The employee, doing his best to maintain a respectful attitude, clearly began to lose his patience after the activist and her traveling companion began to speak at him simultaneously. During the interaction, he referred to the trans woman as “he” before catching himself and saying “she,” prompting another complaint.
The employee said it wasn’t intentional, and said that taking it personally was a choice. The activist then complained again that another employee had intentionally “misgendered” her.
Clearly at his limit, the employee pointed out the activist was behaving in a condescending and rude manner, and if continued to play that game, she would be removed from the premises by the authorities. The activist seemingly complied, ending the recording.
The employee received an outpouring of support on social media. Infamous pot-stirrer Libs of TikTok posted the video characterizing the interaction as an attempted bullying, calling the activist a narcissist demanding compliance with their delusions.
The transgender individual in question is Tommy Dorfman, 31, an actress who was featured on the controversial Netflix series “13 Reasons Why.”
Delta may want to reconsider its “long-standing commitment” to radical social justice ideology under the banner of diversity, equity, and inclusion unless it wants incidents like this to become more common.
